Back-end Developer (.NET, Azure)

A few words about the job position

In Webscope we continue our growth and are looking for a Senior Back-end (.NET, Azure) Developer to be part of our team. We're also open to working with strong Intermediate dev.

Projects

We work on-demand for various clients, mostly across Europe, whether they are well-established enterprises or fresh start-ups (e.g., Norway, Switzerland, Finland, Germany, USA).

At the same time, we are also focusing on building our own internal projects, where we can learn new things and explore technical horizons. In 2024, we decided to direct our focus on several open-source projects in order to thank and give back to the OSS community for the resources it saved us in the past years! #oss

Therefore we will always do our best to find a perfect project for you, based on your skills and technical or personal preferences.

Code Quality & Processes

We also pay close attention to code quality. We write proper documentation (TRD, PRD), unit tests, and mandatory PR reviews. Our teams are mostly on-site, so they can interact closely together. We try to run efficient meetings on point, and we write daily stand-ups instead of having meetings.

Position

In Brno we are looking for a developer who masters .NET and less experienced devs who are ready to test and expand their knowledge while working on real projects - so do not hesitate to apply even if you are missing some of these skills!

We are expanding our internal team to take over one of the leading media intelligence products.

About the Project

You’ll be part of a friendly, small team of 4-5 people dedicated to creating an internal tool for our client.

As Back-end Developer (.NET, Azure) you will

Work on real projects for our clients
Quickly adapt and learn tech skills you might be missing at the time (juniors)
Be pro-active and offer knowledge to influence the development decisions (seniors)
Communicate with the project manager about the work progress
Communicate & have regular calls with the clients (if needed)

You should have

Basic knowledge of .NET
Basic knowledge of SQL
Git
Azure cloud services
Communication skills
English (working proficiency**)**
An innovative approach to problem-solving
